Minimum Age: Renter must be at least 21 years old with valid ID. License Requirement: Florida law requires renters born after January 1, 1988 to complete a Boater Safety Education Course (temporary or permanent certificate). Security Deposit: A $350 refundable deposit is required before the rental begins. Covers damage, fuel, or late return. Maximum Capacity: 2–3 riders allowed on board. No overloading. Life Jackets: Provided and must be worn at all times during operation. Fuel Policy: Jet Ski must be returned with the same fuel level (or pay refill fee). Operating Hours: Use only from sunrise to 30 minutes before sunset (no night use allowed by law). Boundaries: Rider must stay within marked zones or designated area (e.g., no open ocean or rough water). Late Return Fee: A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past agreed return time. No Alcohol or Drugs: Operating under the influence will lead to immediate termination of rental and forfeiture of deposit. Damage Responsibility: Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or towing required during the rental period. Weather Clause: In case of unsafe weather, rental may be rescheduled or refunded (at owner’s discretion).
