- Minimum Booking: 4-hour minimum for dockside rentals; 2-day minimum for trailer bookings. - Weather: If unsafe weather conditions arise (e.g. storms or high winds), you may reschedule or receive a full refund. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals may shorten your ride time. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. - Safety: Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times. No alcohol or drug use is permitted while operating the jet ski. - Renter Requirements: Must be 18+ with valid ID. Experience required. - Fuel: Must be returned full or a refueling fee will apply. - Damage: Renter is fully responsible for any damage during the rental period. A waiver must be signed before use.
