Captained Charter Terms & Policies Captain Included - A qualified captain will be provided for all bookings. - Guests are not permitted to operate the vessel at any time. - The captain has full authority over the vessel and all safety-related decisions. Guest Conduct - Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain. - Unsafe, reckless, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. - Excessive intoxication may result in the charter being terminated without refund. Safety - Life jackets and required safety equipment are provided onboard. - Children must comply with all applicable Texas boating safety requirements. Child sized life vest are not on the boat and will need to be provided by the parents. - Anyone under the age of 13 needs to be wearing a life vest while the boat is moving. - Guests participate in boating, swimming, wake surfing, tubing, and other water activities at their own risk. Alcohol & Substances - Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted for guests who are of legal drinking age. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. - The captain reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the charter if guest behavior creates a safety concern. Boat Rules - No smoking, vaping, or open flames onboard. - No glass containers preferred. - No glitter, confetti, fireworks, or similar materials. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. Weather Policy - Safety is our highest priority. - Charters may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather, high winds, lightning, or unsafe lake conditions. - Weather determinations are made by the captain and owner. Damage & Liability - Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, or failure to follow the captain's instructions. - Any damage or incidents must be reported immediately. Personal Belongings - Guests are responsible for their own personal property. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Right to Refuse or End Service We reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate a charter without refund if any guest: - Appears excessively intoxicated - Uses illegal substances - Acts in an unsafe or abusive manner - Refuses to follow the captain's instructions - Places the safety of passengers, the vessel, or others at risk Our Commitment Our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and memorable experience on Lake Travis.
