BOAT RENTAL AGREEMENT 1. RENTAL DETAILS Boat: 2017 Crownline SS-285 Capacity: 12 passengers max (plus captain) 2. PAYMENT TERMS Hourly Rate: $195/hr (3-hour minimum) Cancellation Policy: • 100% refund if canceled 72+ hours before rental • 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before rental • No refund if canceled within 24 hours, unless due to unsafe weather (Captain’s call) 3. INCLUDED IN RENTAL • Licensed Captain (provided by 1st Class Enterprise) • Bluetooth Sound System • Cooler with Ice • Freshwater Rinse • Fuel (included in rental fee) Guests May Bring: Food, Drinks (BYOB), Sunscreen, Towels 4. RULES & REGULATIONS Safety First: Life jackets are on board and must be worn when instructed. No Smoking on the vessel. No illegal substances or excessive intoxication. Respect the Vessel: Damage to the boat or equipment caused by negligent behavior will be the renter’s financial responsibility. Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times. Captain’s authority is final on safety and navigational matters. Weather Delays: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. 5. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK The undersigned acknowledges that boating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, or damage to personal property. The renter and all passengers agree to hold harmless and indemnify First Class Enterprise, its owner, and employees from any and all claims arising from participation in the rental.
