RULES & REGULATIONS Safety First: Life jackets are on board and must be worn when instructed. No Smoking on the vessel. No illegal substances or excessive intoxication. Respect the Vessel: Damage to the boat or equipment caused by negligent behavior will be the renter’s financial responsibility. Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times. Captain’s authority is final on safety and navigational matters. Weather Delays: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. --- 5.
