We rented a yacht in Mexico for me and my 7 girlfriends, and I honestly can’t imagine a more perfect experience. Captain Fernando, Abraham Lincoln, and Irvin were beyond amazing—professional, fun, attentive, and full of great energy. Their service and personalities truly made the day what it was. The whale show was unreal (still can’t believe our timing!), and the lily pad and SUP board kept us laughing and playing all day. The yacht itself was incredibly comfortable, with so many beautiful spots to lounge, relax, and soak in the views. Every corner felt photo-worthy—and they helped us capture the best photos to remember it all. And the food… WOW. The sashimi and guacamole were next level—fresh, delicious, and perfectly done. Most of all, this day was incredibly special for all of us. One of those rare, soul-filling days you’ll talk about forever. We are so very grateful to the entire crew for making it seamless, joyful, and unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend—would do it again in a heartbeat. 🌊💙

Prior the day of the charter: 30 days or more - 100% refund 29 to 15 days - Reschedule applicable or 30% cancelation fee. 14 to 7 days - Reschedule applicable or 50% cancelation fee. 7 days before charter day: no refund and no reschedule. Valid Cancellation Reasons: - In case of Marina closing for bad weather or other reason. - If Float considers that there is some danger to do the charter. - If the boat shows some mechanical inconvenience impiding the charter to happen. Non-valid Cancelation Reasons: - Rainy/Cloudy day. The boats have both covered and open areas, guests can enjoy the boat despite the weather. - Customer ends the charter because of sickness or other reasons. - Captain decides to end the charter for any guests’ misbehave. - There is any disagreement on security rules during the experience.
