Let our "Sea Safari 8" Sailing Schooner takes you to a memorable diving liveaboard cruise within the Indonesian Archipelago. Our Sea Safari 8 accommodates up to 23 passengers. Rates as low as $420 USD per diver per night (based on 20 people minimum).


Boat Charter

The minimum charter is a half of the boat capacity and the maximum depends on the maximum capacity of each boat.

• 12 People (Nightly rate per person): $390 USD Non Diving / $440 USD Diving plus + 1 free of charge
• 16 People (Nightly rate per person): $380 USD Non Diving / $430 USD Diving + 2 free of charge
• 20 People (Nightly rate per person): $370 USD Non Diving / $420 USD Diving + 3 free of charge

Additional Fees:

Entrance Fee Raja Ampat, will be charge 145 USD/person/packages 
Entrance Fee Cendrawasih Bay 
• 40 USD/person/packages (pay to government)

What You Can Expect:

We offer a wide range of diving liveaboard activities within the Indonesian Archipelago. Using traditional rigged Bugis Phinisi Schooners, constructed with at least three decks, our boats give you plenty of space to relax. Whether it is in the air-conditioned comfort of the large saloon or lazing under the shade of one of the ship's huge sails, you will find it easy to unwind.

We operate diving and snorkeling liveaboards in Bali, Komodo, Raja Ampat all year round. We also offer diving and snorkeling in Sumbawa, Ambon, Alor, Banda Niera, Lembeh Straits, The Forgotten Islands and many other destinations in the Indonesian archipelago.

All our vessels are equipped with modern navigation systems, up to date safety and first aid equipment and ENOS diver locator systems. We offer a perfect balance of diving and comfort on our liveaboard dive vessels. For your safety, all of your dives will be under the supervision and expertise of PADI Instructors or local PADI Dive Masters with years of experience in these waters.

Take advantage of our top-deck bar while indulging in a spectacular tropical sunset. Relax and enjoy the comfort of our lounge area where an ample selection of fish I.D and wildlife books, novels, travel guidebooks, current films and documentaries are at your disposal. Wander onto the bridge and have a look at our route maps and a chat with our captain. Or just quietly retire to your cabin and enjoy the mesmerizing sounds of a wooden ship in motion.

Sea Safari 8 is one of our largest boats. She is based all year in Sorong Harbour, Raja Ampat and makes regular trips to North and South Raja Ampat. She takes maximum of 23 passengers.

Rental Requirements

Terms and Conditions

In addition to our published cruise program, our boats can be chartered to accommodate the route or itinerary of your preferences. However charter must confirm to the existing programs departure and arrival dates and ports. A charter request must be made by confirmed booking 90 days in advance.

Fuel Surcharge

We will only apply the $30 USD surcharge per night per person if the cost of fuel increases substantially.


All reservations must be made and must state your agent, the cruise period, full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and any special requirements.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation penalties apply unless amended by agreed local conditions:

1 – 30 days: 100 % of the total invoice

Schedule and Itineraries

• All schedule cruises can be booked as full-boat charters.
• There are certain changes to the scheduled itineraries allowed by chartering customer subject to prior arrangement and approval by our company.
• Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather condition,
availability of sea anchorage, government regulations and other factors.


To partake in any scuba diving activity with us, we will require that you as the customer hold a certification from a recognized scuba diving agency such as SSI, CMAS, NAUI and PADI or similar. It is the client’s responsibility, as a certified diver, to respect and follow the guidelines given by our guides, instructors and cruise director plus to follow the regulations stipulated by their certification agency. Clients are solely responsible for providing a certification card and log book. Ignoring the directions given by the guides, or not presenting certification card, log book may cause a limitation or disqualification from scuba diving on the voyage. The diver accepts their responsibility to be technically capable and physically able to participate in the activity of scuba diving and fully accepts the risks associated. We reserve the right, for safety reasons, and at the discretion of our guides, instructors and cruise director to refuse access to one / several / all dives if they do not have the necessary competence to participate safely or if the dive is considered beyond their current level of diving. ie strong currents etc
All divers must either have Open Water with at least 30 logged dives in the past 5 years. All divers must produce a written/stamped logbook with your last dives and all necessary certification cards for the type of dives they wish to undertake. Dive insurance details MUST be provided on arrival.
EAN Nitrox 32% will only be available to divers who are certified in this specialty.

Force Majeure and Unpredictable Acts of Man

Our company reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disaster, epidemic etc) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc). In the event of this happening our company will advise you at the earliest possible date.

Damages Resulting From Personal Injury, Illness or Death

Our company assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of our company.

Our company shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or any other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passage.
In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either onboard or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passengers. We recommend DAN insurance for all diving holidays.

Loss or Damage to Personal Belongings

Our company does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s personal belongings that are due to Force Majeure causes. We recommend you have FULL travel insurance to protect your belongings.

Entrance Fee to National Park

Since August 12, 2007 our waters have been declared the most bio diverse in the world and have been given the status of National Park and Marine Protected Areas. All divers are now required by the government regulation to pay an entrance fee to dive these areas. The ticket will be valid of one year and will go towards supporting reef conservation and community development. This project will be managed by three major NGOs, Coral International. WWF and TNC. Our company will pre-purchase the ticket for you and bill it to your account on board.

General and Other Conditions

Our company reserves the right to substitute a vessel of similar standards when operational requirements demand. Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of sea anchorage, government regulations and other factors. This contract is a Confidential agreement represented by the signatures attached and as such may not be communicated in any form, written or verbal, to third parties. Any amendments and additions to the present contract shall be valid only when they are made in written form and duly signed by both parties. This contract has no validity unless duly signed and returned to us as an acceptance of all rates and conditions In any condition like economic situation of Indonesia especially for the significant increase of fuel, tax.
