Due to the way our operations work, we are invariably unable to re-sell such spaces, and depending on the notice offered with a cancellation, we levy a graded cancellation charge. While we sympathize with guests, we are not in a situation where we can be held responsible should a problem affecting our guests in advance of travel. It may be possible for you to substitute other guests (family, friends, etc.) for your Safari in the event you cannot be on board at that time. A comprehensive travel insurance policy can be called upon to reimburse any such expenses. -Cancellations made 90+ days prior to Safari departure are subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the invoice total. -Cancellations made 90-30 days prior to Safari departure are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice total. -Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to Safari departure are subject to cancellation charge of 100% of invoice total.
