REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION OF BOATS : - Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age with valid Driver's License - Must have valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (*if TAKE OPERATE THE BOAT) RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 200 $ security deposit at the time of reservation (reversed after finished the rent. Our reimbursement policy is the following:  - 100% refund if cancelled 3 days prior the date or the rental (so enough time to validate the weather and other variable like that) - 50% if cancelled 1 day before the rental - 0% for no shows the day of the rental *Under certain weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancelling your rental even the morning of your rental if we judge that it is unsafe to navigate on that day.
