PLEASE SEE BELOW for all details about hiring a Captain. All charges are disclosed below. *A USCG licensed captain is REQUIRED. Per USCG regulations we are not allowed to provide you with a captain. You are welcome to either supply your own captain that meets all of the owner and USCG regulations or you may choose a captain from a list of 5 to 10 pre-approved captains that we have vetted and are familiar with our vessel. Once you book with us we will provide you with the list of captains. Captains typically charge $100-$150 per hour. *Gratuity for Captains is suggested, but not included in their rates. No more than 12 guests. • All passengers must be 21 to drink alcoholic beverages • Bareboat Charter Agreement is required before departure. • No lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. A signed waiver is required for swimming. • No boat tie-ups • No red wine, colored juices, or staining food • Renter is liable for any damage to the vessel Weather Policy: If it is unsafe to operate on the day of your charter due to weather/waves, then we will give you a full refund or reschedule at a discounted rate on a date/time the boat is available. On the day of your charter, we have the authority to deem whether weather conditions are considered safe or unsafe. Uncharterable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, waves forecasted over 4+ feet, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, and strong winds. Light rain and passing storms are typically considered safe. In the case that conditions are considered unsafe, our team will work with the guests to temporarily postpone or reschedule your charter to a future date. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date. 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date. Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
