What is the minimum age to rent a pontoon boat? You must be 18 years of age or older to rent the boat. 2. What happens in case of bad weather? You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations due to bad weather, according to Coastal Marine advisories and regulations, if the rental does not depart from the dock. 3. Do you offer food and drinks to go? We do not offer drinks. Ceviche and oysters are available upon request and at an additional cost. 4. Do I get a refund if I return the boat before the scheduled return time? No 5. Will I be charged if I don't show up for the rental? If you don't show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the reserved rental. 6. The law requires us to have one life jacket per person on board our rental boats. Children under 12 years of age must wear life jackets while underway, and we will provide one. We strongly recommend that all children and non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times when the boat is moving. 14. What time should I arrive for my boat rental? We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your rental reservation time. 15. Are dogs allowed on the boats? We allow small to medium-sized dogs on the boat if they wear life jackets. Dogs are not allowed on the upholstery or Lilly mattress. You are responsible for their needs. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
