The Drunken Clam is a 23 foot custom tiki pontoon boat based out of John’s Pass, offering unforgettable experiences on the water throughout St. Pete, Clearwater, and Madeira Beach. Designed for comfort and fun, it features a thatched roof, spacious deck, Bluetooth sound system, and comfortable seating. We provide complimentary towels and sunscreen for your convenience, as well as a cooler with ice, and a floating mat upon request. Every trip is captained by U.S. Coast Guard-certified professional, Captain Dave, to ensure a safe and relaxing cruise. Whether you're chasing the sunset, heading to the sandbar, or planning a private celebration, The Drunken Clam delivers the perfect blend of island style and local adventure.

Is parking available? Yes! Parking is free at the marina. We recommend arriving 20 minutes early to allow time for parking. Can we bring food and drinks? Absolutely! We are fully BYOB — bring your own drinks, snacks, and small coolers if you’d like. We also provide a cooler with ice onboard. Is safety equipment provided? Yes. We are fully equipped with USCG-approved life jackets for all guests. Children under 6 are required to wear a life jacket at all times (provided). Is there a restroom onboard? No — there is not a restroom onboard, so please plan accordingly! Can I bring my dog? Yes — friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a few simple rules: - Two dog per charter maximum - There is a $25 pet fee - Dogs must remain leashed and under control - Owners are responsible for their pet at all times - Please bring water, a bowl, and waste bags Be sure to let us know in advance if you're bringing a dog so we can prepare accordingly. Can I play my own music? Absolutely! Our boat features a Bluetooth-enabled sound system. Feel free to connect your device and enjoy your favorite tunes. Can we celebrate a special occasion? Absolutely! Whether it’s a birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party, anniversary, or just a random Tuesday, we’re all about celebrating. Let us know when booking and we’ll help make it extra memorable. What if it rains? Florida weather can be unpredictable. Our tiki boat has a sealed roof providing some protection from rain. However, for safety, the captain may decide to cancel or postpone the cruise in case of severe weather. - If we cancel due to weather, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. For everyone's safety and enjoyment: - No diving or jumping off the boat. - No illegal substances permitted - The captain reserves the right to end the trip or remove any guest at any time if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in these cases. - For safety reasons, we prefer guests do not bring glass bottles onboard, and glass containers are not allowed at the sandbar. If you'd like to bring wine or champagne, we recommend transferring it to a non-glass container or bringing plastic cups to enjoy it safely. - No Open Flames or Fireworks: Candles, grills, or fireworks are not allowed on the vessel. - Children Must Be Supervised: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
