o WHAT TO BRING § Sunscreen (NO SPRAY) § Sunglasses § Towels § Cash/Credit for fuel § $$ Gratuity for your captain (industry average is 20% of cost of booking) § Additional drinks/food o PICK UP LOCATION § Oasis Cove Marina 6186 Estate Frydenhoj Route 32, St Thomas 00802, U.S. Virgin Islands § St. John – can pick up at Cruz Bay Beach or St. John National Park Dock § Resort – can pick up at Ritz Carlton St. Thomas or Westin St. John o PASSPORT REQUIRED? § No, you do not need a passport to visit US Virgin Islands. Our charters currently do not go to British Virgin Islands where a passport IS required. o CANCELLATION POLICY? § Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 3 days' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. o RAIN? § A daily rain shower can be pretty normal in the islands. Our captains can usually spot the rain and do their best to avoid the area by altering a route. We have a large canopy and dry storage. Most rain showers move along quickly. § Storms, high winds and rough seas may require a reschedule (if possible) or a cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy. o FOOD? § You are welcome to bring any food or snacks on the boat. We have a cooler with ice and additional dry storage. If you prefer, we can take you to one of the delicious restaurants on the water such as Lime Out, Pizza Pi, a Cruz Bay restaurant, or even Lovango. (permitted the establishments are open and operating) *Note – please bring extra cash because the credit card machine isn’t always operating. o BEER/DRINKS? § Feel free to bring your own beverages. We have plenty of storage and coolers with ice. We will supply water. We ask you to please avoid glass containers.
