Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. o RAIN? § A daily rain shower can be pretty normal in the islands. Our captains can usually spot the rain and do their best to avoid the area by altering a route. We have a large canopy and dry storage. Most rain showers move along quickly. § Storms, high winds and rough seas may require a reschedule (if possible) or a cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy. o FOOD? § You are welcome to bring any food or snacks on the boat. We have a cooler with ice and additional dry storage. If you prefer, we can take you to one of the delicious restaurants on the water such as Lime Out, Pizza Pi, a Cruz Bay restaurant, or even Lovango. (permitted the establishments are open and operating) *Note – please bring extra cash because the credit card machine isn’t always operating. o BEER/DRINKS? § Feel free to bring your own beverages. We have plenty of storage and coolers with ice. We will supply water. We ask you to please avoid glass containers.
