- There is a mandatory dock fee of $400 MXN / $20 USD per person, payable upon arrival at check-in. - Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to qualify for a refund. For illness-related cancellations, a medical note is required. - If the port closes, we will notify you to reschedule. If it rains or is cloudy but the port remains open, the tour will proceed as planned. - Guests may bring their own food and drinks, or request catering by a private chef. - Cooking on board is not permitted. - Gratuity is not included; an 18% tip is customary. - After 10 guests, a fee of $70 USD per additional person applies, with a maximum of 12 guests total. - Illegal items and prohibited substances are not allowed on board.
