We will work with you to find another available date when possible. - Late/No-Show: Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Late arrivals do not automatically extend the rental period. No-shows may be subject to loss of the rental payment. - Safety: All passengers must follow boating safety rules and the instructions provided by the owner. The boat may not be operated recklessly or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Capacity: Maximum capacity is 10 passengers. - Boat Rules: No pets, no red-dye drinks, and no new red swimwear due to the white interior. Please treat the boat and upholstery with care. - Fuel: The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. - No Towing: The boat may not be towed or transported by renters. - Damage/Cleanliness: Renters are responsible for excessive damage, stains, or cleaning beyond normal use.
