Rental Policies & Requirements Your safety and overall experience are my top priority. Please review the following policies before booking: Identification & Age Requirements All operators must provide a valid government-issued ID. Operators must meet all local and state boating laws and age requirements. If required, a boating safety certificate must be presented prior to your rental. Waiver & Verification All riders and operators are required to complete a liability waiver and identity verification in advance of the rental. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation without refund. Security Allowance A security allowance is in place to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or misuse. This is not charged upfront, but may be applied after the rental if necessary. Safety & Operation Guidelines - Operation must follow all local boating laws and no-wake zones - Maintain a safe distance from other watercraft, docks, and swimmers - Do not operate in shallow water (waist-deep or less) to avoid damage - Reckless driving, racing, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited - Jet skis must never be left unattended on the water Booking & Payment A reservation is required to secure your time slot. All rentals must be paid in advance. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time without refund. Cancellations & Weather - Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking - Rentals may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at operator discretion Damage & Responsibility The renter is fully responsible for the jet ski during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in charges up to the full cost of repair or replacement. Timing & Preparedness Please arrive on time and complete all required steps beforehand. Time will not be extended for delays related to incomplete waivers or late arrival.
