THREE STEPS TO RENT: 1) CHOOSE YOUR DATE. 2) CHOOSE YOUR START TIME AND DURATION. 3) SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. We'll send you a captain's list for hire when you book. Lilypad ($50) and Coolers ($10) available to rent. ADDITIONAL FEES - In addition to the boat rental fee there is a fuel reimbursement and cleaning fee of $200 flat. Payable on the day of the cruise at the dock. Captain's Fee - $100-$125 per hour plus gratuity. Yacht Features: Premium Bluetooth sound system, refrigerator, bath room, double tanning pad, Lily Pad, Coolers, Air Conditioning. This 40 foot Maxum 3700 SCR is a luxury express cruiser equipped with several amenities to make your day or evening cruise an unforgettable experience. Up to 12 guests can enjoy Lake Michigan cruising, city skyline views, great vibes and an incredible time. RENTAL INFO Rates are for boat rental only. Posted rates are only for the boat rental. The Captain's fee (& gratuity) is a separate transaction between renter and captain so you will hire the captain and pay them directly. We will send a captain for hire list upon booking. We will provide selection of captains who are familiar with my boat to hire. A list of available captains will be provided after you complete the reservation. Captain's fee range from $100- $125 per hour plus gratuity. RATES/START TIMES (does not include captain's fee, fuel/cleaning fee) MONDAY - FRIDAY $267/hour, 3 hour minimum SUNDAY - SATURDAY $300/hour, Sunday 3 hour minimum, Saturday 4 hour minimum Quotes sent will include only the rental rate. The fuel/cleanup fee ($200) and captain's fee are additional Captain's Fee - $100-$125 per hour plus gratuity FOOD/BEVERAGES - Passengers are responsible and encouraged to bring their own food and beverages. No red wine or stainable drinks allowed. Ice is available for purchase on site. LOCATION - The yacht is located at 3155 S Dusable Lake Shore Dr), which is about 10 minute ride from downtown. There is paid parking available nearby. (One to two block walk)

Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 7 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Customer can cancel up to 7 days in advance and receive 100% of the rental. Rental forfeited if canceled 6 days or less before charter. • We will monitor the weather conditions and determine if it is safe to depart up to 2 hours before charter. The CAPTAIN makes the final determination. • We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to the following conditions: - Sustained winds over 20 mph - Small craft advisory issued - Waves over 3 feet - Thunderstorms at the time of charter - Heavy rain - Fog with less than 1.5 miles visibility - Mechanical breakdown Prior to boarding if any of these conditions are met we will reschedule the trip for another time that day or a different day, if this is not possible the customer will be offered a refund. After Boarding if for safety reasons the trip must be cut short, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed at the time of cancellation with exception. We assume no liability for cancellations due to above conditions. We will sail in any temperature and light rain or mist so please dress accordingly.
