75% refund up to 3 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
At the time that the client rents the boat, he is responsible for any mishap that happens at the time of his rental. We exclude ourselves from all liability. The charters canceled due to bad weather, such as rain, storms, hurricanes, natural disasters or due to city laws, will be postponed to the next available date. If the client does not show up at the scheduled time for his departure, he will lose the boat rental, it will not be reimbursed or postponed to another date. If during your charter misbehavior occurs that threatens the safety of you and your guests, the captain has every right to cancel the charter, without reimbursement. If offensive actions occur against the captain or among his guests, the charter will be canceled, without refund. If the captain has offensive actions against the group of guests or you, he must inform us to take action. They must respect the captain's instructions to protect his life.
