We offer you an unforgettable fishing charter, boat trip and you are encouraged to get as involved as you wish. The fishing excursion hours are very flexible, and can be settled depending on the demand or upon fishing conditions. Every fish caught on board will remain the Boat’s property. Fish Whisperer offers the client the opportunity to bring home one or two young fish (5 kg each), and can have them filleted for you! Extasea is a 22 feet legend Boat built in Mauritius in 2012 with two 115 HP Mercury 4 stroke engine and fully equipped for deep sea fishing, small game fishing and excursions. The cabin, the canopy and the fresh water shower will bring an additional comfort to your fishing experience. Equipment: - Safety equipment: Life jackets, Medical Box, Fire extinguisher, anchor, automatic & water pump. - Electronic Equipment: GPS, Echo Sounder, VHF radio, radio & CD player. - Fishing equipment: Penn international rods, jigging rods, Harness, gaff, ropes, fight chair & lures for trolling or jigging. • Big Game Fishing: The Mauritian waters have a well deserved reputation for being one of the best destinations for catching a variety of billfishes, such as the blue marlin, the black marlin, the striped marlin, the sailfish and the spearfish.  You may also encounter hammerhead sharks, wahoos, dorados, yellow fin tuna and bonitos. Ian and Michael will do their utmost, so that you can put your inner Hemingway to the test. For security and comfort, we have limited places which stays at 5 persons for our Big Game Fishing excursion. The main focus of the excursion is mainly Billfish such as (Blue Marlin/Black Marlin/Sailfish/ Spearfish). Techniques Used For Fishing: Trolling plastic lures (Marlin lures) from 7 to 9 knots, or live bait (Bonito/Tuna) from 2 to 3 knots. Prices: - Half day (7:00 - 13:00): $365 USD - Full day (7:00 - 16:00): $505 USD • Small Game Fishing: Yellow fin tuna, weighing between 3 and 25 kg are available all year round, off the West coast of Mauritius.
