Cancellation Policy: - If cancelled less than 3 days prior to departure, 70% will be refunded. - Subject to weather conditions, your charter will be rescheduled in the case of our cancellation due to poor weather. - If you are unable to reschedule, your charter is fully refundable. Safety: - Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and may have to bring a suitably sized approved life jacket. - We do not recommend our charters for pregnant women, babies, young infants and toddlers. - Full amount will be charged for no shows on the day. • Alcohol is permitted onboard but MUST be consumed in moderation. • Smoking is not permitted on board.
