CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your reserved charter for any personal reason, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your trip for a future date based on availability. We are not responsible for unavailable dates; however, we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are required to change or reschedule your charter due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will work with you to rebook your charter for another available date. WEATHER POLICY We operate in light rain or mild weather conditions. A charter will proceed as scheduled unless conditions are deemed unsafe. The only circumstance in which a full refund will be issued is if the Port Captain officially closes the port. If the Port Captain orders the port closed and we are legally unable to depart, you will be entitled to a full refund. If weather conditions make departure unsafe and we are absolutely unable to go out due to an official port closure by the Port Captain, a full refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for personal discomfort with weather conditions if the port remains open and the vessel is cleared to operate. We do not offer reimbursement for travel expenses, accommodations, transportation, or any incidental costs related to your charter. EARLY TERMINATION Partial refunds will not be issued if you or your guests choose to shorten the duration of your charter for any reason. Once you have boarded the vessel and the charter has commenced, the reservation is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued. Once the vessel departs the port, refunds will not be considered. VESSEL CONDITION If, prior to boarding, you believe the vessel is not in the condition represented, you may decline the charter. In this instance only, you will be entitled to a refund of your deposit. MOTION SICKNESS We are not responsible for trips shortened due to seasickness. No refunds will be issued due to motion sickness. SNORKELING Snorkeling is offered as part of our charter experience; however, its availability depends on sea and weather conditions. If waves, swells, rain, or other unsafe conditions prevent snorkeling, this activity may be canceled for safety reasons. The cancellation of snorkeling does not qualify for discounts, reimbursements, or compensation. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or left behind. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost items when possible.
