- Cancellation and Refund: - Cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour: full refund. - Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% refund. - Cancellation on the day of the tour or no-show: no refund. - Weather Conditions: - The tour may be canceled in case of adverse weather conditions. Rescheduling or a refund will be offered. - Punctuality: - Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in a loss of the reservation without a refund. - Safety: - Life jackets are mandatory throughout the activity. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in the tour ending without a refund. - Fishing equipment (rods and bait) is included in the baptism. - Age and Responsibility: - Children must be accompanied by an adult. The customer is responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
