Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within the 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the tour. Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled tour.
