Luxury Yacht Rental in Dallas: 36ft Carver Motor Yacht for Events & Parties

PAYMENTS: Full payment is due at least 24 hours in advance. The card used for the deposit will be charged in advance unless other arrangements are agreed upon by owner. (Please disregard for GET MY BOAT customers). You can be charged up to $300 for damages in incidentals An additional $150 will be added as a cleaning fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings can be canceled 72 hours or more in advance. After this time period no refunds will be given; however, reach out to owner to see if booking time can be transferred to another date and/or time. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event that there is a cancellation by the owner due to inclement weather at the time of your booking, you will get a FULL refund. The owner will make a determination the day prior to your booking and cancel if it is determined that there will be inclement weather during the time of your booking. You will have the option to get a full refund or transfer to another day. YACHT INFORMATION: 12 guest maximum. If you are considering more than 12 guests, this must be approved prior to your booking and will $50 extra per person. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. Please note the room is not included in the booking unless in special circumstances that will need to be agreed upon by owner in advance. No decorations allowed that may cause damage to the boat or will be difficult to clean up such as confetti, paint, heavy duty duct tape, etc). Decorations must be set up and tore down during booking time unless agreed upon by owner for an additional fee. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to booking. You must have your entire party present in order to start the docking process. If you do not have your entire party, you will be asked to return to your vehicle or be required to wait at the gate unless under special circumstances and discussed with owner prior to booking (e.g. a surprise party). We will not extend your booking in the case of tardiness. We will be returning 15 minutes before the end of booking to allow time to remove personal items and guests on the boat. JETSKI/ JETCAR TEXAS LAW DISCLOSER: PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE RENTING A JET SKI OR JET CAR THE TEXAS LAW STATES "If you are born after September 1st of 1993, you are required to have boater education training in order to operate the jet ski/ jet car alone". If you are born after that date, DON'T WORRY! You can still drive. One of our deckhands will just have to accompany you while you are operating the jet ski or jet car. If you have someone in your party who is born before September 1st, 1993 they can also accompany you instead! Unfortunately, we did not make the rules, but we do have to follow them. Fortunately, there is a workaround that will allow you to still enjoy your experience! RULES AND SAFETY PROCEDURES: • You are responsible for your guests and their adherence to these rules and safety procedures. Full safety procedures and rules will be disclosed prior to departure. • Everyone must follow the captain’s rules. If safety and/or behavioral rules are not being followed, the captain reserves the right to end the trip short. There will be no refunds or reschedules if this occurs. • Everyone 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times outside of the cabin. Life jackets are provided. If you cannot swim, life jackets are encouraged during the boat trip. There will be no life guard on duty. • No smoking inside cabin (no exceptions). Smoking is allowed for an additional fee of $200 in a designated area at the back of the boat and only when anchored. (MUST GET OWNER PERMISSION FIRST) • Please make sure the boat is in the same condition you found it in. Will handle the deep cleaning, just please be sure to throw away all trash and discarded items. TERMS: By booking your are agreeing to these terms and assuming responsibility for your entire party. This includes behavioral concerns and/ or physical damages to the boat or jet ski.
