📅 Booking & Cancellation - Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and requires full payment via the platform. - Free cancellation up to 5 days before the rental date. - No refunds for cancellations within 5 days of departure unless due to severe weather (captain’s discretion). ⏰ Charter Times - Full Day: 9 hours (start time flexible, usually 10:00AM) - Half Day: 4 hours (morning or afternoon slots) - Sunset Cruise: 2 hours (exact time based on season) - Late return may incur additional fees unless agreed in advance. ⛽ Fuel Policy - Fuel is not included in the rental price. - The boat is delivered with a full tank. Consumption approx. 40L/hour. - Fuel usage will be calculated at the end of the charter and must be paid separately. 👨‍✈️ Skipper Policy - Licensed guests may operate the boat (valid EU boating license + ID required). - Professional skipper available for €250/day. Highly recommended for a relaxed experience. - Skipper fee to be paid at boarding (cash or transfer). 🧾 Security Deposit - A security deposit of €1500 may be required at check-in (hold or cash). - Fully refundable after the booking if no damage is reported. ⚠️ Weather Conditions - In case of adverse weather, we will reschedule or refund the booking. - Final decision on weather and safety rests with the boat owner/skipper. 🛟 Safety & Conduct - Maximum 8 guests on board (including children). - No pets, smoking, or red wine on board. - Guests are expected to respect the boat and its equipment at all times. - Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the renter.
