Captains: CAPTAINS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTED RENTAL RATE PER USCG LAWS & REGULATIONS. A list of captains familiar with our vessel will be provided upon booking for you to hire & pay directly. You may hire a licensed captain not on the list with owner approval. Cancellation Refund Policy: Cancellation will be partially refunded if received within 48 hours of making the reservation. After the 48 hour period, you will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be done so in writing. Owner may cancel for any reason, including weather-related circumstances, the original charter will be rescheduled to a date that works for both parties. A cancelled charter may be rescheduled pending availability. Weather conditions: Please note we may need to cancel or reschedule your bare boat charter due to weather related circumstances up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Please understand that your safety is our top priority. While it may be sunny there are also other weather conditions we have to take into consideration as well such as the height and severity of waves, the current or wind patterns. If you fail to appear for your bare boat charter without contacting us prior to the scheduled departure time, the booking will be considered as completed and is not eligible for refund.All bookings are for the time period the reservation is made for. The duration of the charter may not be extended and the amount paid for the booking will not be prorated. Incidentals: There will be an inspection and walk around of the boat both before and after your rental. It will be the responsible parties job to notify us of any damage noticed prior to departure. You will be responsible for any damages to the boat or the boat’s equipment after departure. Your credit card information will be held on file and you will be billed for any damages to the vessel.  Common Damages That You (The Responsible Party) will be responsible for managing: The Toilet: Toilet Paper is not allowed in the toilet. A garbage bin will be provided and your entire party will be responsible for placing all toilet paper and sanitary items in the garbage bin. It will be your responsibility to inform the entire party not to put toilet paper down the actual toilet. Boat toilets are not equipped for high quantities of toilet paper. Apart from the walk around you will be asked to flush the toilet paper both before and after. Rental Rates & Additional Fees: Standard Rate: $350/hr Holiday & Premium Rate: $400/hr  The fuel fee is a $175 fat fee that covers up to 4 hour charters. Minimum 3-hour booking for all charters. 2023 Holidays & Premium Dates: Holidays and Special Event Days will be charged the premium rate.
