SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. Taxes: All applicable cruising taxes and permits are included in the Charter Fee unless otherwise stated. 2. Smoking Policy: 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht and is only permitted in designated exterior areas as determined by the Captain. 3. Children & Supervision: Children must be under the direct supervision of an adult from the Charter Party at all times. The Crew assumes no responsibility for supervision. 4. Crew Gratuity: Crew gratuity is not included and is customary at 15%–20% of the Charter Fee, based on the level of service provided. 5. Onboard Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred during the charter, including but not limited to special requests, premium beverages, dockage, or shoreside activities, must be settled prior to disembarkation. 6. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability: The Charterer, on behalf of themselves and all guests, acknowledges and agrees that participation in a yacht charter involves inherent risks, including but not limited to swimming, use of water toys, boarding and disembarking vessels, transfers by tender, and movement onboard a vessel at sea. The Charterer and all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether known or unknown, and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Owner, the Yacht, the Crew, the Broker, and the Stakeholder from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the charter, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary, and each guest accepts full responsibility for their own safety and well-being at all times. 7. Travel & Trip Insurance Recommendation: The Charterer is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage, to protect against unforeseen circumstances. The Owner, Broker, and Stakeholder shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred due to cancellation, delay, travel disruption, medical emergencies, or any other unforeseen events. Failure to obtain adequate insurance is at the Charterer’s sole risk. 8. Crew & Operational Changes: Crew assignments may change due to operational requirements. Any replacement crew will be suitably qualified and experienced and shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
