Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to extreme weather conditions. Weather Policy: If unsafe weather prevents departure, we will reschedule or offer a full refund. Late & No-Show Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, late arrivals may result in reduced tour time. No-shows are non-refundable. Safety & Conduct: Life jackets are provided and required for all passengers. No excessive alcohol consumption or unruly behavior. The captain reserves the right to end the trip if passengers violate safety rules. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the boat beyond normal wear and tear.
