At The Yacht Experiences, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. - Port Closure or Severe Weather Conditions: If the port is officially closed or weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the authorities, your trip can be rescheduled at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible due to availability, a 100% refund will be issued. - Rain or Light Weather Conditions: Please note that rain alone does not qualify for cancellation or refund. Trips may still operate safely in light rain or overcast conditions. - No-Show Bookings: If the client fails to show up at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
