Deposit and Cancellation policy  Client, at the moment of the booking, must make a down payment in amount of 50% of the agreed charter fee. Client must pay the remaining balance of the agreed amount within and not later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the Charter. In case the booking takes place within 30 days before the charter, client must pay the 100% of the agreed price. In case of renunciation to the lease or to the hire between the 60th and the 30th days before the Charter, the 75% of the charter fee will be held by the company. Cancellation within 30 days and not more than 20 days prior to the Charter, involves the retention of 75% of the total amount. In case of cancellation within 20 days before the Charter nothing will be due.
