He was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and so accommodating throughout the whole ride. You can genuinely tell that he cares about his guests, he made sure we knew exactly where to go, checked in on us, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free from the very start. What impressed me even more was how safe everything felt. The safety briefing and orientation were explained so clearly and professionally, and you could really see how seriously safety regulations and standards are taken on the boat. It made the entire experience feel extremely comfortable, secure, and well managed while still being relaxing and enjoyable. The ride itself was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. Captain Stefan made my boyfriend’s birthday incredibly memorable, and it became such a perfect day for both me and my partner. I would definitely recommend going with Captain Stepan again. I highly, highly recommend Captain Stepan to anyone looking for an amazing, memorable, and very safe yacht experience. Thank you so much again for such a wonderful time!

We had such a special, unforgettable time out on the water with Charlie. I booked his boat for a birthday celebration, and he took us to this beautifully quiet, peaceful spot in the middle of the ocean; it felt almost magical. 🌊 Charlie was an amazing captain; so warm, easygoing, and genuinely kind. He greeted us with a big smile and was incredibly flexible and helpful throughout. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile to help me with the birthday decorations, even offering ideas and lending a hand to bring everything together. It made the whole experience feel extra thoughtful and personal. Even though I brought a few things along, the boat itself was wonderfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made the day feel effortless and comfortable. We spent the time relaxing, celebrating, and just soaking it all in. Everyone had such a lovely time; my guests were truly happy, and it’s a memory we’ll all cherish. Highly, highly recommended.

Charlie was hands down the best boat captain I could’ve asked for. I was on the tour by myself, and from the moment I stepped onboard, he made me feel completely welcome and comfortable like I’d known him for years. Genuinely one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He went above and beyond to make my birthday special, and it turned into a day I won’t forget. Being solo could’ve felt awkward, but Charlie made sure it was anything but that. And I’ve got to mention the BBQ chicken… absolutely incredible. It’s not every day you get that kind of food out on the water, and it just made the experience even better. If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Next time I’m in Vancouver, there’s no question I’ll be booking with Charlie again.

We had a wonderful evening on Leo's boat. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and it was not too crowded. The boat was clean and Leo and his team were super easy to work with.
