We had the best time with Captain Matt for our company’s 40th anniversary outing on the Toronto Harbour! From the start, everything was easy — clear pick-up instructions, smooth boarding, and such a welcoming vibe. We had to reschedule a couple of times, and he was so understanding every step of the way. He even brought us ice on super short notice, which was a lifesaver. On the water, he adjusted the speed and atmosphere to match our group perfectly, making it feel both fun and relaxed. Matt was an exceptionally attentive captain. His reliable Communication made it so easy to book and he answered any questions I had prior to booking very promptly.
