Also, don't miss a tremendous culinary experience with his chef/crew/wife who is simply a doll.    Dian and Nima were so great. Given the weather changes, they were willing to change the date of our trip to have it on a better day, which they did without any questions. Dian was a great captain; both knowledgable and willing to change course based on what we wanted to do. We had an amazing day.
