I am beyond pleased with Captain Joss's services. He is extremely respectful, kind, and helpful. Yesterday, on May 31, my family and I celebrated my mom's birthday. As we arrived to the dock, he and his co-captain helped my family onto the boat and helped pass the snacks and food onto the boat. Next, he took the time to thoroughly explain the boat rules. Although they were very simple rules, he took the time to elaborate when asked to clarify. While on the cruise, he continuously made sure that my family and I felt good. Amazingly enough, while on the cruise we were able to see a pack of dolphins. It was such a beautiful experience, I would definitely recommend booking with Captain Joss because not only does he provide amazing services but it shows that he genuinely cares.
