We are a professional Charter company based in Marina Del Rey and one of the very few Coast Guard licensed charters inspected vessel who can take more than 12 passengers! Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party, graduations, wedding photos, charter events, potential business clients, or watching the sunset, the views of the coast along Santa Monica are very unique. Each charter is customizable and personalized to accommodate your needs. Yes there is a Head (Toilet) on board! itinerary is cruising Marina del Rey harbor, then along the coast Venice to the Santa Monica Pier. Gratuity is excluded. Our captain and crew are the best in the business and they work very hard to make your trip a memorable one. If you are happy with your experience, we suggest a 10-20% tip, or any other amount that you are comfortable with, for excellent service. Our boats have all of the required safety equipment on board for 25 passengers. A Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection is required for any vessel that is carrying more than 12 passengers for hire on U.S. navigable waters, so you can feel confident that you are hiring a reputable charter with proper safety inspections, licenses, and insurances. Our charter boats combine the latest in comfort and stability, with fully equipped safety gear meeting all federal regulations. Please do not make a booking inquiry without the ability to follow through. We have booking requests for each weekend and would appreciate realistic requests only.

I had an amazing experience with Captain Joss and 14 friends yesterday! I'm so lucky that we booked this less than a week out and this vessel was available as it is the ONLY vessel that can take 15 people in the area. It is exactly as advertised and is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than an airplane and the Bluetooth speaker system was loud! Captain Joss was extremely communicative before our trip and during. He was happy to take pictures for our group and even learned our special pose! 10/10 5 stars absolutely would recommend and would go back. I can't wait to plan another outing and utilize Captain Joss again! Thank you for an unforgettable experience Captain Joss!

We were blessed with a large pod of dolphins swimming with the boat! It was the most magical moment. Captain Joss slowed down for the dolphins to feel safe while they played, feasted, jumped, and swam alongside us. Even if this didn't happen the boat was a beautiful experience. We brought food and drinks and music for a work party and had a stunning time with perfect summer weather and a gracious captain. Booking process was smooth, questions answered immediately and clearly, and parking info was sent as reminders. It was especially meaningful that Captain Joss shared the same values as my team of sustainability consultants: respect wildlife and be a responsible steward of our ecosystems. I live in Venice and will definitely book again.

What a memorable adventure! Everyone in our party (7 adults and 7 kids) had a great time; seeing dolphins was a particular hit. Captain Joss is so friendly and communicative, and the whole experience was positive and easy. We will definitely rent from Captain Joss again!

Allow me to introduce myself Captain Joss Martinez, Born amid the vibrant streets of Paris, France, I grew up under the sun-kissed skies of the southern region (Montpellier). My family lineage steeped in seafaring tradition, my two brothers charted their courses as commercial sea captains, and thus I embarked on my own odyssey as a fisherman. With the Mediterranean as my canvas, my nautical voyage spanned an impressive 28 years, a substantial portion of which I dedicated to serving as a first officer on a fishing boat. Two decades etched in the salt and spray, I honed my skills and developed an innate understanding of the sea's rhythm. As the sun dipped below the horizon, I did my time in the Mediterranean. Seeking a new horizon, I set my sights on the United States, a move that transformed Los Angeles into my home since 2008. Transitioning from the travel industry, I adeptly navigated the intricate waters of licensing with the US Coast Guard. Soon, Marina Del Rey became my realm, where I commanded yachts as a captain with unparalleled finesse. The year 2015 marked another milestone as Captain I unfurled the sails of his entrepreneurial spirit, founding a sea charter business that echoes with my passion for the open waters. However, my legacy transcends even these feats. My heart finds resonance in sharing my vast maritime experience, guiding and mentoring new captains as they embark on their own voyages of discovery. A true sea sage, as a Captain I continues to leave an indelible mark on both the waters I treads and the aspiring seafarers I guide.

Full refund up to 14 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Refund or reschedule up to 14 days in advance. 7-14 days you will get 50% refund. Less than 7 days there are no refunds. Charter begins at scheduled time. Lateness may not be able to be made up depending on schedule. The "Security Allowance" is not charged at booking, but is a maximum amount that you may be charged after the charter based on damage you or your party may do do the vessel or its contents. Very rarely is any charge requested. Some examples of minor damage causing items include red wines, high heels,toilet damaged and vomiting. Captain has sole discretion as to rescheduling for inclement weather. We are fully insured and licensed under the laws of LA County, California to operate yacht charters. Rules for rescheduling 1. All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $100 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee. 2. Captain & crew members fee are subject to charge for events within 14 calendar days while rescheduling ( Captain rate is $50 per hour, crew member rate is $25 per hour ) 3. No rescheduling is available within 14 business day of your scheduled event 4. Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues
