The experience with Alexa was wonderful from the first moment when we made the reservation, the captain and all his crew were very friendly and professional, I give them 10 stars out of ten. Our group had the best time and experience! Alexa was super responsive and helpful throughout the way. The captains were nice and accommodated our group with our special requests. The only issue was that we were not communicated that there was a required $300 tip even though we asked before getting there. I’m glad that it didn’t cause a problem for our group but I’m sure unexpected expense is not something anyone wants to deal with. I was told by the company that they will work with the captains on better communication moving forward. I would still absolutely recommend this group and will definitely recommend and book them again! Thank you!!
