   Chris communicated well and was quick to respond. He initially scared me a couple days before the day we were supposed to use the boat by saying that a couple of his boats were wrecked over the weekend and we may need to use a different boat. I made it clear we didn’t want a different (smaller) boat and he did his best to accommodate for all of his clients that day. He was able to have the correct boat up and running for us after I was flexible and agreed to go out a couple hours later than initially planned. The group before us brought the boat back a few minutes late and Chris made up for it by giving us plenty of extra time on the boat. Our group had an awesome time.

   Chris was great! Unfortunately, our boat we rented was damaged before the date rented. He accommodated us by offering two boats and extending our time free of charge. He also gave us some money back due to a lower costing boat. He drove out to Lake Union Park to drop the boat off to us even though the boat is docked at Kirkland. Chris cares a lot about his customers and I recommend him to anyone. His boats are great and his customer service is better!

   Took a bit to respond, but understandable as it was a holiday weekend and we were requesting a boat for the next day. Awesome boat, great value, went faster than I anticipated. 4 hours we made it to Lake Washington with a view of Rainier. Chilled in Lake Union for a while. Easy to get in and out of the water. so fun!

   We had such a great time on this beautiful boat! The boat is large in size, has tons of room for our guests and is just amazing. Mike, our captain was awesome. He took us swimming and showed us some great sights along the waterway. Laura is amazing, friendly and so communicative. Will definitely book again!

   Just finished an amazing boat party on Erik’s boat, and I have to give huge credit to Julia and Peter for making the day so smooth. These two were absolutely incredible when it came to navigating tight spots - they helped us get out of the narrow docks and even assisted with getting back in and parking the boat safely.

   Erik was so great! He made our time on the water so easy and enjoyable! Printed out a map for us and explained some great spots around lake Washington to hang out! We wakeboarded and soaked up the sun on his awesome boat! He was great and would 100% book with him again!
