   We had an absolutely amazing experience on a private boat trip to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, and the captain provided excellent and superb customer service throughout the entire trip. What really made the experience unforgettable were all the thoughtful personal touches. The captain surprised my wife with a beautiful birthday cake and balloons, which was such a wonderful gesture and completely unexpected. He also took amazing pictures of us throughout the trip, capturing special moments that we’ll be able to cherish forever. I honestly did not expect that level of attention and care. The boat ride itself was fantastic, but it was the captain’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to make my wife’s birthday special that truly stood out. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had an incredible experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a special milestone.    My friends and I had the best experience with Alex, Captain John and Joe! They made the booking process so seamless, and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The boat itself was beautiful, and the team was kind enough to lend us their paddleboards when we stopped to swim. They were extremely communicative, and gave us clear instructions on how to find them upon arrival. Easily a 10/10 experience!
