   Fountaine Pajot 41 Catamaran in Nuevo Vallarta, MX

   We had an incredible experience on this catamaran trip. The boat itself was gorgeous—new, spotless, and spacious, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms that made the journey comfortable and relaxing. The wildlife sightings were unforgettable. We watched whales slapping their fins, leaping out of the water, and even saw a mother with her baby right near the boat. The baby breached around 20 times, and the mother followed multiple times—truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment we’ll never forget. The crew was extremely attentive and kept everything tidy throughout the trip, and the captain navigated the catamaran with absolute skill and confidence. Overall, an extraordinary adventure that exceeded every expectation.

   This was an amazing outing. The boat is gorgeous, the Captain, Jesus, and the First Mate, Alexis, are beyond accommodating, and the food was unbelievable! From the moment we were picked up at hotel, we were treated like Royalty. Top Notch! Not a second was wasted. Fantastic, 5 Star experience.

   Unbelievable boat and service. Let me just tell you to stop every other bid and book this boat. The boat is brand new and the captain made our whole trip. Ventura was the captain and this guy was the best person we have met in all of Mexico. He was friendly hilarious and knows the best place to go. The owner is so lucky to employ this guy.

   I’d definitely recommend the whole team that helped run our boat. Amazing customer service, everyone went above and beyond when helping people move to different positions in the boat or handing out drinks or whatever else needed to be done. Everyone was understanding and open when I wanted to get an initial boat check before paying as well which happily surprised me. Very honest and friendly folk. The boat was also very try clean and well maintained. The only thing is the Bluetooth was having some trouble but once we found a good spot to put the connected phone everything was fine.

   Do yourself and your family and friends and even your pet a favor and book with them. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The catered food we ordered was delicious. The drinks were made perfectly and we never had to lift a finger for anything. This was such a beautiful day and we will return. It was a 100 out of 10 experience. We recommend them 100 times over.

   Trip was awesome because of the staff. Otherwise a subpar experience. Reasons: FALSE ADVERTISING. This boat is not what is listed in the description. Listed as 2016 model, it is acts 2002 model. The boat was old and not cleaned to my expectations. The indoor area was very much unenjoyable, dirty and old. Also, additional food items that were paid for were missing. Booked Van from resort to marina was fine except for the video playlist that was titled “Negro Mix” on screen. I brought 12 guests here for my birthday and was embarrassed.
