I’m going to give a very detailed review so others don’t go through what I went through. Please please be careful when booking with these guys as it’s all dandy until you may have to cancel. I booked a charter on March 16th, the weather this week was bad and a lot of rain / thunderstorms were called for in Fort Lauderdale. I made it clear from the time I booked that I was coming with kids and I was worried about the weather. Frank had said if it calls for 80% rain I am able to cancel even 5 min before booking. The weather was showing 80% and thunder and I decided to play it safe as the charter was over 5k. Once I cancelled, I assumed I’d get a refund back , but I was told “other people are wanted that slot and I wasn’t getting a refund just because” Getmyboat support also was not helpful. At no point did Frank want to message me and say hey here are some options , or why don’t you just keep the reservation up until the day of so you’re not out the money and we can figure it out. They were going to be just fine with me out the 5k and not give the customer any reassurance or support. When I didn’t get the support , I advised that I’d be coming on the charter solo just so I’m not out the money. Captain Alex was 10/10 the captain wasn’t Frank and if captain Alex will read this, I highly reccomend hiring him. The day needed up being perfect , but Frank and Getmyboat need the basic lessons of customer service at the very least.

I never leave online reviews but our experience on the boat cruise with Parker & Matt was a 10/10. They both went above and beyond to make our trip great. The listing is very accurate - bluetooth, waters, coolers, float, etc. were all provided. We had 14 girls for a Bachelorette trip for 3 hours and it was perfect!

We had an amazing time on our boat trip! The boat itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we loved the mix of the outdoor and indoor spaces. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Nick and Adam were so nice and welcoming and truly took care of everything for us while we were on the water! Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again on our next trip!!
