   Pontoon Boat 21ft Sun Tracker for 11 passengers on Bass Lake

   I cannot recommend renting from Chris & Chad highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The boat was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Communication was fantastic—they were responsive, clear, and made everything so easy. They delivered the boat exactly when they said they would and picked it up right from our dock exactly as promised, which made our vacation completely stress-free. It’s rare to find people that do everything they say they’re going to do and then exceeds expectations on top of that. We had an amazing time on the lake, and a huge part of that was thanks to their excellent service. I would recommend them 100 times over and will absolutely use them again the next time we’re at Bass Lake! 🚤☀️😊

   Luke was a prompt, a great communicator, and the boat was as described. He also did an excellent job teaching us how to use the boat before we departed. Would overall rent from Luke again.

   We had an absolutely wonderful experience and we give that thanks to Captain Shane. His knowledge, professionalism, and his ability to connect with others, stood out from the beginning. He made everyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and included the entire experience. What impressed me most was how attentive and accommodating he was to everyone’s needs, making sure each and every person was enjoying themselves and taken care of. Captain Shane’s friendly personality and people skills created the best relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Captain Shane’s experience and positive attitude made this trip memorable.    Our party had a great time on Mike’s boat. It was perfect for a day of cruising on the lake. Mike was a great communicator and super friendly.

   This was the best activity we could have booked while staying in Laughlin. I could have been on that boat everyday our entire vacation. Captain Shane was amazing. we kept him out way past curfew and he was willing to adjust his time for us. he was pleasant and informative and fun!!! thank you so much for the highlight of our trip. if we ever make it back we will be calling for Shane again. if any of you reading this review are hesitant on booking just do it! book the trip, book the boat, book the captain, you will have the best time ever!!!!!
