   Casey was awesome! The boat was in excellent condition, extremely clean and ran perfectly. Casey’s communication was great — very prompt, pleasant and professional. He was accommodating when we asked if we could add a bit more time to our day. We will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and FUN boating experience!

   Casey makes the whole process extremely easy. Everything from the walkthrough on how to use the boat to the on board gear to make sure you have a great experience are above reproach. The boat is extremely easy to use, brand new condition, and most importantly EXTREMELY FUN AND SAFE. We will definitely be using this more often! (Family of 5 with 3 kids fit very comfortably)

   Drew was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's personable, easygoing, and accommodating. He made the whole rental process low-stress and flexible. We had a great time on the boat, more so because we had so little to worry about at the beginning and the end of the day.

   Despite calling the day before to verify our rental and add ons, the crew was a bit discombobulated when we showed up and were not quite prepared for us (boat not full of gas, tube not inflated, etc.). However, they recognized that and immediately got everything in order, gave us a discount on the gas and added an hour to our rental. They were courteous, respectful, and hustled to make sure we got off smoothly. The equipment provided worked perfectly and I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

   the trip was amazing! the captain was awesome and communicated perfectly. if you do go to boyd lake make sure you go early, we couldnt get in because of parking so we were only on the boat for 3 hrs but it was honestly perfect timing. everything but perfect on a hot summer day

   We highly recommend KB Rentals if you want a good time, excellent equipment, and a first class experience! We rented a pontoon boat and the green Supra for a “friends and family “day after our daughter’s wedding and had so much fun! Rich was also the best! He was there early to give us direction and was there to help when we returned the boats. They were quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would definitely rent from KB Rentals again.
