Bryden and the team were professional, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy. There were four of us girls just looking to have a fun day, and they delivered! They answered all of my questions, arrived on time, and had the jet skis in the water and ready to go when we got there. The life jackets were clean and available in all sizes, and the jet skis looked brand new and well-maintained. After a quick safety tutorial, we were off enjoying 3.5 hours of nonstop fun and making unforgettable memories! Jacob’s rental was the best decision we made on Lake Tahoe! We had an amazing time booking it last minute, and his quick response was a huge help. He arrived right on time and gave us a great, informative info of the rentals and the lake! I rented from Raul and was very very pleased with the entire experience. He’s a great dude, he even loaned me his hitch receiver cause my ball was too big for the trailer. Just to be clear he told me what size it was before the trip. I thought mine was also 2” but it wasn’t. We had already completed the exchange and he had been gone for about 15-20 min. I called him to ask for help, he answered the phone and said absolutely he would help. This guy turns around and drives back to me. This was like an extra 50 min of his time, and he never said a negative thing about it. Actually he never brought it up. We were so happy with Raul and his service. Please support him when your considering renting Jet-Ski. You won’t be disappointed. Raul will earn his money and your respect. We will rent again for sure.

It was great. He really did everything he could to help us out. We met to our needs of having to confirm everything at around 11pm knowing that he was dropping off out jet skis for us at 9am (which was a 2 hour drive to our camp site). When we had a question or anything after he left us the jet skis we messaged him and he responded instantly! Absolutely an amazing experience.
