We had such a great experience on this boat trip. The staff truly made it—they were incredibly accommodating, quick to help with anything we needed, and just so easy to be around. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and well-organized. They made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and kept the day running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a good time. The whole experience felt relaxed but still very professional. It was exactly the kind of day we were hoping for. We received great service and attention from the entire team, including management and the crew. The boat was also perfect for a day trip. Unfortunately, Playa Norte was quite crowded with many boats, which meant we could not find a good spot and were unable to fully enjoy the paddleboards or swim in the shallow waters. Despite this, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend their services.

We had an incredible time with Robert! Would recommend to literally anyone! Group of 8 women and we felt super safe with him. The food was incredible wish we got the chicken empanada recipe. Robert was very accommodating and offered a great amount of activities. Amazing value!! Would 100% book again.
