Ronald was super friendly He took us for a private tour of all the areas in Miami and the experience was great. I would highly recommend when it’s quiet Ie we went on a Thursday at noon...so there aren’t a lot of boats and jets skis in the bay. You are not restricted and Ronald was very efficient and helpful.

Charles is awesome. He was quick to reply to any questions I had and was patient when explaining the features of the jet ski and the boat app. We rented the ski's for 1/2 day (4 hours) and it pricing was the best out there. Booking was easy.... don't hesitate book your ski now. Would definitely use them again when I am back in town.

Fantastic experience, Nelson is knowledgeable in the areas to visit and see. Recommended easy spots to dock and get food along the way, made the experience way more fun with nervous little kids! My hubby and grandson had a fantastic day on the jet skis. Charles communicated beautifully, the skis were new and in great condition and the 4 hour rental was just the right amount of time. No dolphins were spotted but memories were made. Thank you!
