It’s not that things never go wrong, but rather how you respond when they do. We had a mixup with the pick up location. No problem, Rosaly extended the rental time. Couldn’t get the seat off to refuel, no problem reduced refueling fee to fair price. Equipment was great, we had lots of fun.

We had an amazing day on both Seadoos! Rosaly was very easy to work with and had great communication throughout the reservation process and even after drop off. He made it easy for us to start the fun right away; we just showed up to the launch and off we went. The Seadoos were in impeccable condition. I would definitely rent from Rosaly again!

We met at the marina in the neighborhood we were staying in, and he went over instructions for use and signed paperwork, and we were off for a full day of fun on the lake. The machine was in great condition and provided lots of enjoyment for our whole family. I highly recommend renting from Matthew and we will do so again when we visit Lake Oconee.
