The Customers agrees to pay for any damage immediately after returning to the dock with a minimum charge of $200. In addition, the lessee agrees that if damage occurs, he will immediately end the trip and return to the pier, wasting the remaining time. Customers will receive a full refund or a credit if they cancel 48 hours in advance. Customers will also receive a full refund or a credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
