I scheduled a prior trip but it got cancelled last minute the day before. Was still looking for a good time on the water and contacted him less than 12 hours before my requested departure. Luckily for us, he had a cancellation as well and was willing to host our party. Excellent communication within a short window. Keoki (Isaac) was very chill and tentative to our party from the minute we met him. He was such a fun host and catered to our needs throughout the entire trip. We were happy that the other captain cancelled because Keoki was perfect for our group. Again amazing host, highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!
My wife and I had a great experience with Kurt. The jet ski was a newer model and performed perfectly. We took it from Lovers Key up to Sanibel on the gulf side. Great trip! Kurt was very communicative and was waiting for us at the boat ramp both at the start and end of our rental. Great all around service!
We had a great time. We brought a bunch of kids with us and they were able to play in the pool while others were out on the jet ski. And it was so much easier than going through an actual rental service.
Isaac was an amazing captain/host! He was responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was looking into boat rentals, thinking I would take the licensure course and captain the boat myself. However, I thought it would be best for my family if we had a captain so I could help my wife with our three kids (ages 13,10 and 2.5). This was a great decision as Isaac, being a father himself, took care of us like he would his own family. There is no way I would have been able to navigate the waters as carefully and cautiously as Isaac did. The boat was immaculate and in great condition. Isaac provided everything we needed, including drinks, towels, and life vests. He even purchased a couple brand new life vests for us as he wanted to make sure we had the right sizes. We went by the Hoover Dam, to two different beaches and tubing during our time. Isaac wasn’t intrusive at all. He knew when to step back and give us our time and when to engage with us if we had questions. I could not recommend him more and will definitely be renting from him again on our next trip to Vegas.
Kurt was easy to work with. I had a bunch of questions and he answered all of them. The jet skis were in great shape. An easy and seamless transaction!
Great experience. Saw some sea lions , pelicans( I think). Waves were exciting. It takes about 20 minutes from the boat launch to the ocean.
