Requirements: - Must be 21+ to rent - Valid driver’s license required - Must complete waiver and safety checklist - Boater education certificate required if born after Jan 1, 1988 (NC law) Security Deposit: - $1,500 refundable deposit required before rental Fuel Policy: - Rental does not include gas - Machine goes out full – must be returned full or refueling fee will apply of $150 plus price of gas @ $7.00 a gallon Capacity: - Seats up to 2 riders, ideal for 1–2 adults for top performance - Weight limit: 300 lbs What’s Included: - Life jackets (all sizes) - Safety whistle & fire extinguisher - Emergency engine shutoff key (lanyard) - Walkthrough of controls and safety basics Rules: - No reckless driving or wake jumping near docks - Stay clear of no-wake zones and follow all NC lake laws - No alcohol or drugs while operating - Must stay within Lake Norman boundaries - Late returns may be subject to extra fees starting at $50 for every 30 mins late after return time charge to your deposit. - No-Show & Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to keep our schedule running on time, we enforce the following policy: - Arrival Time: Renters are expected to arrive at their scheduled booking time. - Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the scheduled start time. - No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the reservation will be considered a no-show. - Forfeiture of Rental: No-shows will forfeit the full rental amount, and the booking will be canceled with no refund or rescheduling. - Late Arrivals Within Grace Period: Your rental time will still end at the originally scheduled time.
