   What an awesome experience! They delivered the boat exactly to me at my house on the lake. Gave great instructions, communication was easy and awesome before after and during our use. It was great to know they are the only guys properly licensed to have rentals on Bass Lake! wasn't sure what kind of experience we would have but ended up working out spectacularly!    I cannot recommend renting from Chris & Chad highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The boat was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Communication was fantastic—they were responsive, clear, and made everything so easy. They delivered the boat exactly when they said they would and picked it up right from our dock exactly as promised, which made our vacation completely stress-free. It’s rare to find people that do everything they say they’re going to do and then exceeds expectations on top of that. We had an amazing time on the lake, and a huge part of that was thanks to their excellent service. I would recommend them 100 times over and will absolutely use them again the next time we’re at Bass Lake! 🚤☀️😊
