We had the absolute best day on the perfect boat for a family of 4, especially being our first time out on the ICW. Made the process smooth and seamless. Nick took into consideration the fact that we're boat owners and spent more time on all the must-see spots and restaurants to check out, rather than stuff we already knew how to do. Nick worked exactly within our timeline for custom drop off and pick up and gauged the "training" overview directly to my boating experience. We had one brief glitch that he was available to troubleshoot by phone, otherwise the rental was flawless and had peace of mind knowing he was available if we had any issues.
